What is the purpose of this manual?

Who wrote the manual?
Dr Peter Honey, a Chartered Psychologist and a trainer with many years experience at designing and delivering interpersonal skills programmes for a variety of organisations. He is well-known as a creator of self-assessment questionnaires and a keen advocate of their usefulness in encouraging people to take responsibility for their own development. He believes that questionnaires provide an engaging starting point, but that it is important to follow them up with practical suggestions for development.
