The Learning Needs Analysis Questionnaire

The Learning Series is an integrated suite of modules covering the factors that are crucial in becoming an effective all-round learner from experience. The Learning Needs Analysis Questionnaire is designed to give individuals an overview of how effective they are at learning from experience and gives them a tailored order of priorities for working through the modules.

The Learning Needs Analysis Questionnaire covers the four Learning Series modules that relate to individuals:

  • Learning styles - affecting the ways people prefer to learn
  • Learning motivation - affecting their willingness and enthusiasm to learn
  • Learner's environment - affecting the quantity and quality of people's learning opportunities
  • Learning skills - affecting people's behaviour and practices as a learner

How it works

The user completes an online self-assessment questionnaire (a process that takes about 10 minutes) and receives an immediate diagnosis of the areas in need of most urgent attention.
